Dance Teaching
I have been working as a Dance Teacher and Practitioner for over seven years specialising in Contemporary Dance. I currently work as a Freelance Practitioner Devon with the Theatre Royal Plymouth, Far Flung Dance Theatre and Dance in Devon. I have previously worked for Exim Dance Company CIC and Plymouth Dance where I have also taught hip-hop and street genres. Within these sessions I have taught beginner-professional level classes to people of a range of 2-65 years in age.
Integrated Teaching
Working with integrated company Far Flung Dance Theatre since 2015 and Exim Dance Company CIC, I have taught both community and professional level inclusive sessions. Teaching people with or without disabilities which can be both seen or unseen conditions. Current sessions which are available:
Gymnastics Coaching
I have been teaching Gymnastics for over ten years, following my own personal training as both an Artistic and Acrobatic Gymnast. My teaching has previously been in Devon, London and Sydney. I am currently not specifically teaching any gymnastics classes however I am looking to start a handstand class in January 2018, so please get in contact if you're interested in the sessions.
Stretch Teaching
Following an interest in flexibility through my Acrobatics, Dance and Yoga Teacher Training I have created a Stretch Based Class which combines the disciplines.
